Customized solutions: based on customer needs, select tile products that meet the requirements, compile a product list, attach detailed parameters, including size, color, material, anti-slip level, etc., and produce tiles with different specifications.


Sample provision: Provide free samples from selected products to facilitate customers to intuitively feel the texture, color and texture of tiles, and assist customers in sample testing, such as wear resistance and water absorption tests, so that customers can fully understand product performance.


Quotation negotiation: Based on the products and purchase quantities selected by the customer, give a detailed and reasonable quotation, covering the unit price, total price, transportation costs, etc. of tiles. If the customer has objections to the price, actively negotiate, and provide discounts through bulk discounts and optimized transportation plans on the premise of ensuring reasonable profits.


Contract signing: Draft a purchase contract, clarify key terms such as product specifications, quantity, price, delivery time, quality standards, acceptance methods, after-sales service, and liability for breach of contract, invite legal personnel to interpret the contract for customers, ensure that customers are clear about the content of the contract, and sign the contract after eliminating doubts.


Order processing: After receiving the order, establish a special order file, arrange a dedicated person to follow up the order progress, and maintain close communication with the production department and logistics department to ensure timely production and delivery according to quality.


Payment method: Customers need to make samples, charge a sample fee, and the sample determines the batch production quantity. Customers need to pay a 30-50% advance payment. The production is completed within the production date. The customer accepts the product and pays the full payment. The warehouse time can be arranged


Logistics distribution: Choose the appropriate logistics method according to customer needs, such as full truck transportation, less-than-truckload transportation, etc., track logistics information in real time, and in case of transportation delays, cargo damage, etc., coordinate with the logistics company in time to solve problems and inform customers as soon as possible.


Acceptance: After the goods are produced and arrive, assist the customer in acceptance, check the quantity, specifications, quality, etc. of the tiles against the contract and delivery list, and make timely adjustments if any problems are found.
